What does it mean when we say your panels are too small for the size you ordered?

If you ordered 12 x 12 inch panels - we need at least 13 x 13 inches from each article of clothing. 
If you ordered 14 x 14 inch panels - we need at least 15 x 15 inches from each article of clothing (this is the best option for shirts with larger graphics). 

If your shirts don't have enough fabric for us to use, we will either sew it onto a larger piece of fabric (that we provide), or add additional fabric to the piece. This creates an extra step of work for us, and takes a little more time, and therefore requires an additional fee of $5 for each square we have to do that. That's why it's important that you send us shirts with enough fabric! 

Why do we need the shirt to be slightly bigger than the size you ordered?

We use a die cutting machine that produces a very precise, perfectly square cut. Using this machine helps us cut LOTS of shirts everyday, and helps up keep our prices so affordable. To properly align the shirts within this machine, we need slightly more fabric than the finished panel size:
